Delete your Whirldrop account

You can delete your Whirldrop account and associated cloud data in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to it.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Whirldrop.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Request deletion by email

Email us with your in-app username and approximate account creation date. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership so another person cannot delete your account.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account and associated profile, including your username, linked email if present, ranking data, coin counters, unlocked cosmetics and leaderboard entry.

What may be retained

Short-lived match records are normally deleted when a match finishes or through automated retention. Limited service backups, security logs or records required for fraud prevention or legal obligations may take additional time to expire. Retained data is not used for advertising.
