Email nuurcompass@gmail.com. Include “StrayFinder” in the subject, describe what happened, and provide your device platform and app version when relevant. Do not email one-time login codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Safety and abusive content
Use the Report option on a post or profile so the relevant item is attached to your report. You can block a user from their profile or conversation. If a person or animal is in immediate danger, contact local emergency, animal-welfare, shelter, veterinary, or law-enforcement services; StrayFinder is not an emergency service.
Sign-in issues
Check the email address carefully, wait briefly for the six-digit code, and check spam or junk folders. Codes expire and can only be attempted a limited number of times. Request a new code if the previous one expired. Never share a login code.
Account and data
You can edit your profile, manage notifications and advertising consent, clear local cache, and delete your account from Settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the external account-deletion instructions.
